- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce and egg. Mix until well combined.
- Shape into 12 meatballs (about 2 inch)
- Over medium high heat, melt butter in your Dutch oven or large pot. Add meatballs and cook for 8 to 11 mins. Gently turning occasionally so that all sides brown.
- Add broth, heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper. Stir in noodles and return to a boil.
- Reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally until meatballs are cooked through (165 degrees) pasta is tender and sauce begins to thicken.
- Remove from heat and stir in parsley
- Serve
Notes
- Be sure to stir regularly once noodles have been added so they don’t stick to the pot.
