This easy Mexicali dip is so good and it takes only a few minutes to put it together! Mexicali dip uses only a few simple ingredients but packs tons of flavor. Many of these ingredients can easily be found in your local grocery store or you may already have them in your kitchen!

My husband and I used to live in Michigan and moved to Arizona 4 years ago. Back in Michigan at the grocery stores you could buy a premade Mexicali dip in the deli sections. It was one of my favorites but unfortunately since moving to Arizona, I haven’t been able to find it. So I had to figure out how to make my own! This recipe comes very close to what I was missing and I love that I can make it myself whenever I’m craving it!

Mexicali dip is a thick, creamy dip full of delicious Mexican flavors. The simple ingredients in this easy Mexicali dip are cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, salsa, cheese, jalapeños, green onions and taco seasoning. I like use my homemade taco seasoning. Mexicali Dip

Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 Measuring Cups
  • 1 Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg cream cheese 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, mayo and taco seasoning in mixing bowl.
  • Using mixer, beat until combined and smooth.
  • Add green onions, jalapeño and cheese. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  • Chill in fridge for at least one hour before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or anything you like!
