Mexicali Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg cream cheese 8 oz
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Equipment

  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 Measuring Cups
  • 1 Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Mixer

Method
 

  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, mayo and taco seasoning in mixing bowl.
  2. Using mixer, beat until combined and smooth.
  3. Add green onions, jalapeño and cheese. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  4. Chill in fridge for at least one hour before serving.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or anything you like!
