This one pot Swedish meatballs dinner is the ultimate comfort food! It cooks in one pot which is great because it cuts down on your clean up and who doesn’t love that? It is easy to put together and is great for dinner any night of the week It is rich and hearty and the whole family will enjoy it! These Swedish meatballs are a favorite in our home.
This Swedish meatballs recipe also doesn’t have a ton of ingredients and is a budget friendly choice that will feed your family a good, nourishing meal that can fit into most any budget.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Diced Onion about 1/2 a small onion
- 2 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 32 oz Chicken Broth 1 carton
- 3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 cups Egg Noodles 1/2 of a 16 oz bag
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce and egg. Mix until well combined.
Shape into 12 meatballs (about 2 inch)
Over medium high heat, melt butter in your Dutch oven or large pot. Add meatballs and cook for 8 to 11 mins. Gently turning occasionally so that all sides brown.
Add broth, heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper. Stir in noodles and return to a boil.
Reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally until meatballs are cooked through (165 degrees) pasta is tender and sauce begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and stir in parsley

- Be sure to stir regularly once noodles have been added so they don’t stick to the pot.
