Preheat oven to 325. Spray bundt pan with nonstick spray and then dust pan with flour and set aside.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking powder. Whisk together and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar and vegetable oil. Mix on medium speed for about a minute or until well combined.
Add eggs to the sugar mixture, and beat on medium for 2 minutes.
Add the applesauce and vanilla extract and min to combine.
Add about 1/3 of flour mixture while mixing on low, then add about 1/3 of the apple cider. Continue this rotation while mixing until all flour and cider have been added. Mix until all flour is combined.
Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 50 min.
Cake is done when toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out mostly clean, with a few crumbs on it.
Let cake cool completely in bundt pan (1 hour)
Turn cake out onto a plate.
Combine cinnamon and sugar for topping.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on cake that is cool to the touch to desired thickness of topping.
