Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion about 1/2 an onion
  • 2 Diced JalapeƱos
  • 1 15 oz can Diced Tomato with Green Chilis
  • 1 lb Ground Beef cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz Shredded Pepperjack Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese half of a block
  • 1/2 lb Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic 2-3 cloves

Equipment

  • 1 Crock Pot Standard size (4 to 6 qt)
  • 1 Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Measuring Cups

Method
 

  1. Cook and crumble ground beef in skillet on stove. Drain fat.
  2. Cook and crumble bacon or use precooked bacon (diced up)
  3. Combine all ingredients in Crock Pot
  4. Cook on low setting for 2 hours, stirring every 30 min
  5. Serve with chips and/or veggies

Notes

  • Use precooked bacon to make this recipe even easier
  • If not serving immediately, after 2 hours turn Crock Pot to keep warm setting to prevent cheese burning to sides of Crock Pot
