1 Baking Sheet use one with raised edges so the bacon grease doesn't drip out
1 Parchment Paper foil can also be used

Ingredients
8Hot Dogs
8Slices of Bacon
8 Bunsoptional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil (for easier clean up)
Set wire rack in baking sheet - keeps hot dogs raised up out of the grease drippings while cooking
Wrap each hot dog with one slice of bacon starting one end and wrapping in a spiral down to the other end, securing each end with a half of a toothpick to keep bacon in place
Set bacon wrapped hot dogs on wire rack in baking sheet
Bake in oven at 425 for 30 min flipping hot dogs after 15 min
Notes
Adjust cooking time based on how crispy you like your bacon
Any type of bacon can be used, but thick sliced bacon will take longer to cook
Any type of hot dog or sausage you like can be used
