1 Medium Bowl
with lid or plastic wrap to cover
Ingredients

Roma Tomatoes

Diced Onion

Cilantro

Garlic

Diced JalapeƱos

Lime
juiced

Salt

Pepper
Instructions
Dice up all vegetables and combine into your bowl.
Squeeze lime juice on top and stir to combine all ingredients well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Stir before serving.
Notes
Be sure to wash knife after dicing each vegetable, or use different knives for each
Flavors will mix together more as the pico de gallo sits
