Fresh Pico de Gallo

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1-2 Diced JalapeƱos
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Equipment

  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 large spoon
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 Medium Bowl with lid or plastic wrap to cover

Method
 

  1. Dice up all vegetables and combine into your bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice on top and stir to combine all ingredients well.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Stir before serving.

Notes

  • Be sure to wash knife after dicing each vegetable, or use different knives for each
  • Flavors will mix together more as the pico de gallo sits
  • stir before serving to get the most flavorful bites
