Ingredients

cup
heavy whipping cream
1
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
granulated sugar
Instructions
Add all ingredients into the bowl of the mixer with whisk attachment.
whip ingredients at high speed (8 on my KitchenAid mixer)
for about 4 minutes until you see it start to stand up into individual ridges/peaks.
Notes
easily modify this recipe by changing the flavor of the extract used.
