Fresh Whipped Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Equipment

  • 1 mixer and bowl
  • 1 Measuring Cups
  • 1 Measuring Spoons
  • 1 Lidded bowl for storage
  • 1 Spatula

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients into the bowl of the mixer with whisk attachment.
  2. whip ingredients at high speed (8 on my KitchenAid mixer)
  3. for about 4 minutes until you see it start to stand up into individual ridges/peaks.

Notes

  • easily modify this recipe by changing the flavor of the extract used.
