In large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain.
Add taco seasoning, 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 10 min stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large skillet, heat oil on med heat.
Fry each tortilla for 30 to 60 seconds per side, until lightly browned and crispy.
Using small pan, heat refried beans so they are spreadable.
Layer tortilla, beans, meat, tortilla, cheese for each pizza
Drizzle pizzas with the remaining enchilada sauce.
Bake in oven for 10 - 12 min until cheese is melty and bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with any toppings you like, then serve.
